Ok regarding my env:
$ gnome-extensions list --enabled
$ gsettings get org.gnome.shell enabled-extensions
@as []
I did not removed gnome-shell-extensions because this will break the
gnome-core installed.
It crashed again this morning:

and xine backend. It is opening a lot of windows , one for each channel
