This is expected behaviour within Lubuntu where the RAM overhead is
quite large compared to what lubuntu itself needs to run. Where this not
used, the minimal RAM for running a Live instance would be greater than
we currently state as required.

No, it is a ubuntu Raring Vs KVM issue, not the other way round :) KVM is part
of the kernel, it is also part of cloud, guestfish which is a tool for KVM also
will not run under quantal (there is new stuff being applied for raring).

I would suggest that work be lessened on this 'bug' and increased on getting
the rc version out quickly and available for people sooner, rather than
