System will restart always after locking screen, there is no way to
prevent this from what i've tried

Why this changes from incomplete to expired, i'm experiencing this on a
fresh install of Ubuntu 18.04... sent various crash reports and it seems
that all crashes are related to this. System does not halt when in use
but if screen is turned off by inactivity it crashes and reboots.
