I am on Linux Mint 19.1 (based on Ubuntu 18.04). Installing brasero-cdrkit did
not work, and after additionally installing flac the behavior changed into a
freeze after the burn is started.
So I have also switched xfburn now, thanks to @pierreonimo's hint.

** Description changed:
Binary package hint: brasero
I get an insanely vague error when attempting to copy an audio cd, It
reads:
All required applications and libraries are not installed.
Please install the following manually and try again:.
And that's it, doesn't tell me
I am still at 9.10 (32bit, intel), and I also see this bug (with or
without fast erase).
BTW, I tried to recover the DVDs with Nero on Windows (full erase),
but they did not become reusable, although the disk surface is now
homogenous again.

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Since the order of my panel items often gets lost (which is a different bug),
I often have to rearrange many of them at once. In this case, unlocking/locking
all of them one-by-one is tedious.
** Affects: gnome-panel (Ubuntu)
Upstream, this is http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=114160 Lock
all or lock entire panel.
(Btw., how can I enter the upstream bug URL in launchpad, s.t. upstream
is tracked here?)
