No, it happened that once and hasn't happened since.
It's probably safe to close this ticket as obsolete, if the same thing
happens again I'll report it again.

Also still on 8.04 and I agree with the comment above by Chris. Readonly
dirs/files should not be moved to Trash.
And:
Files deleted on a nfs-dir are almost impossible to find because they reside on
the nfs-dir itself in a .Trash-$userid file.
