Hi, i've been experiencing the same issues this a week or two. I'm using Ub 10.04 since May 2010. Evolution 2.28.3 3 imap accounts, and 2 pop. Disabling default sources didn't solved the problem. I though about the large amount of emails i had, so did some clean up. Unsuccessful. Then disabled the portrait thing in the header (Preferences - Email preferences - Headers - disable portrait (or photograph, i don't know the english term as i use a french version)).
