[Bug 11334]

2014-04-30 Thread Stefano Bagnatica
(In reply to comment #9)
 This is a consequence of the X11 clipboard design and not LibreOffice
 specific. As such, there's not much LibreOffice itself can do about this on
 its own.

I'm not sure that there's not much LibreOffice itself can do... have you seen
that specifications, for ways to store clipboard content after program exit?

[Bug 1108637] Re: backspace key no longer works in nautilus

2013-07-12 Thread Stefano Bagnatica
Just my comment: the bad thing abot having ALT+LEFT instead of
BACKSPACE, is that for pressing ALT+LEFT you need to use two hands.
Instead with BACKSPACE I pressed it with only left hand, making right
hand free to use mouse.

I know that I can customize hotkey association, but I think that hotkey
customization is very few applied now respect of years ago.

[Bug 1042259] [NEW] Cannot create archive in Desktop with --add parameter

2012-08-27 Thread Stefano Bagnatica
Public bug reported:

S.O.: Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS
Package installer: 3.4.1-0ubuntu1

I'm using this command in order to create an archive, with the window
that ask the archive position:

file-roller --add /home/sbagnatica/Documenti/Test/File1.odt

(this is the same command issued by the integrated Nautilus extension)

If I don't have any subfolder in Desktop, I can select the Desktop and
it works right.

Instead, if I have a subfolder in Desktop, that subfolder will be always
be selected instead of the main Desktop folder.

See these screenshot...

1) selecting the Desktop folder (it's named Scrivania in italian language)

2) My folder is selected instead

[Bug 346352] Re: folders.db gets out of sync with mail server

2012-01-02 Thread Stefano Bagnatica
I had the same issue with Evolution 3.2.1, and solved deleting the file
folders.db inside
~/.local/share/evolution/mail/1295611670.31535.6@cvs28.

So now the folders.db is no more in evolution/mail/imap, but in
evolution/mail/GUID.

[Bug 787684] Re: Evolution can't open some local address books

2011-08-26 Thread Stefano Bagnatica
If can help, I have this problem and this is my GCONF configuration in
/apps/evolution/addressbook, name = sources, 3° value:

?xml version=1.0?
group uid=1271941921.2531.16@cvs28 name=Su questo computer
base_uri=local: readonly=nosource uid=1271941921.2531.25@cvs28
name=Personale relative_uri=systempropertiesproperty
name=use-in-contacts-calendar value=0/property name=completion
value=true/property name=remember_password value=false/property
name=default value=true//properties/sourcesource
uid=1295625049.3850.8@cvs28 name=AbleTech
uri=file:///home/sbagnatica/.evolution/addressbook/local/1295625049.3850.8@cvs28
 relative_uri=1295625049.3850.8@cvs28propertiesproperty
name=use-in-contacts-calendar value=0/property name=completion
value=true/property name=default
value=true//properties/source/group

The address book Personale, that have system relative_uri, works
correcty, and I get Invalid source opening address book AbleTech,
with relative_uri 1295625049.3850.8@cvs28.

I see that the uri is wrong, because now the addressbook is in
.local/share/evolution/addressbook, but I have also tried correcting
this URI in GCONF, but the error stays there. I tried opening the
addressbook.db.summary files, and they seems ok.

I cannot also delete that address book... I think I'll delele the not
working book from GCONF, and recreate manually.
