[Bug 62446] Re: at-spi-registryd crash (please attach backtraces, check crash reports before)
I have seen this as well. However, it is problematic to generate a backtrace from at-spi-registryd, as it drops to T state (in ps aux) whenever you attach to it using either gdb or strace, and kill -CONT'ing it does not help, and it actually makes Gnome in general not respond. I am more than willing to help debug this problem, but not while it can't be debugged by the means pointed out in the wiki page you linked to. -- at-spi-registryd crash (please attach backtraces, check crash reports before) https://launchpad.net/bugs/62446 -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 46259] Connection icon bounces
Public bug reported: Running a just upgraded latest Dapper (24/5), the connection icon in the notification area seems to be bounce. The icon that is used for showing that the interface is sending or receiving traffic is positioned lower than the icon that shows no traffic. This makes watching traffic a little annoying as the icon keeps bouncing around the notification area. ** Affects: ubuntu-artwork (Ubuntu) Severity: Normal Priority: (none set) Status: Unconfirmed -- Connection icon bounces https://launchpad.net/bugs/46259 -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 37127] i915 DRI driver seems to get the z-buffer backward
Public bug reported: Affects: gnome-screensaver (Ubuntu) Severity: Normal Priority: (none set) Status: Needs Info Description: The i915 DRI driver seems to render objects in the reverse order - but only when fullscreen. Using GL in a window, everything looks perfect. Switch to a GL screensaver, and everything looks like a mess, since the z-buffer is backward.
