The problem is I can't replicate the problem anymore - I just deleted
quite alot of a files and it just worked, and can't remember exactly
what the files were.

Whenever I open Nautilus in a window, it doesn't show up any of the
files or folders, then crashes. If I force quit it or kill it, it opens
again automaticly and crashes in the exact same way. When it does this,
it stops showing any of my icons on the desktop as well. The
It only occurs when I navigate to my home directory. Nautilus works fine
until my home directory is opened.

Strange.
I deleted a few files and folders in my home directory, and it loaded fine. One
of the more suspicious files was called index.html?u=sam~
