Strange - this behavior is seen on my dev env. also - 12.10. I think I added all the debug dump when I filed this report. I am running a system76 gazelle pro notebook which has ubuntu specific keys built into it. View Zoom in/out works; Ctrl-- also works; Ctrl++ prints '==' on the terminal instead of zooming in. Same behavior from with in a vm guest session and bare metal instance. Do we have to explicitly add Ctrl++ shortcut? Did not set up Ctrl-- it worked out of the box.
