I ran Totem from the command line and opened a target .mpg file. It errored with an on-screen message box that reads:
No window title An error occurred Internal data stream error The box has an "ok" button. In the command prompt window, the following message was printed: ** (totem:7054): CRITICAL **: gst_video_decoder_allocate_output_frame: assertion 'frame->output_buffer == NULL' failed Totem did not crash. I can restart the video, but it will start at the beginning. I can take an arbitrary time in the video and the behavior will replicated within 20 seconds of play. In each case, it errors with the combination message box and command-line message. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gstreamer0.10 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1252298 Title: totem has error on playing attached .vob file To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gstreamer0.10/+bug/1252298/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
