  Today: April 5th, 2011. I tried to update using the update manager and
  found some 75 packages that I could install. The package above
  encountered a problem when I attempted to using the manager to install
  it. It says: Package Operation Failed and The installation or
  removal of a software package failed. I have been checking daily for
  updates with 11.04 so this is something new to me. Hope that helped.
