[Bug 780117] Re: Brasero finishes without error but unusable media [no simulation mode] (Ubuntu 11.04)

2011-10-13 Thread ilpillo
Hello,

I've had the same problem burning from nautilus.
In my opinion the importance of this bug should be higher thanmedium.
I have lost some GBs of data because the burning process completed
*successfully* and after that I have deleted the files from the hard disk.
Ok, I didn't checked the dvd before deleting the files, but tell me who
actually do that when the process completes SUCCESSFULLY?

2008-05-12 Thread ilpillo
using a different user fixes the problem!
now I have managed to let it work with the old user deleting the folder
/home/user/.gconf/panel

(then logoff and login)

I want to try for a day or two but I think that will work now.
Tristan can you please confirm this?
thanks
