[Bug 209666] [NEW] Application menu on keyboard invoke appears misplaced when using auto-hide gnome-panel
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-panel $ lsb_release -rd Description:Ubuntu hardy (development branch) Release:8.04 $ apt-cache policy gnome-panel gnome-panel: Installed: 1:2.22.0-0ubuntu2 Candidate: 1:2.22.0-0ubuntu2 $ apt-cache policy compiz compiz: Installed: 1:0.7.2-0ubuntu2 Candidate: 1:0.7.2-0ubuntu2 While invoking Menu from keyboard (default: AltF1), Application list appears at the height of hidden panel size (/apps/panel/toplevels/top_panel_screen0/auto_hide_size), secondly panel un-hides and appears behind the menu. This happen regardless if panel hiding animations are on or off. I'm not sure whether this considers compiz or gnome-panel itself. Menu should appear at the height of un-hidden panel, or panel should un- hide before menu is drawn. ** Affects: gnome-panel (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Application menu on keyboard invoke appears misplaced when using auto-hide gnome-panel https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/209666 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-panel in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
