I can confirm this too - blocking contacts seems to be enabled only for Google Talk at the moment. See my screenshot. I have this problem too (I can confirm that the problem only seems to appear when you use an Exchange account), and agree with Matthias. I force-shutdown evolution and noticed something else that was strange: when I restarted evolution through Empathy, nothing would happen for about five to ten minutes, and then my inbox would open up. Has anybody else noticed this odd behaviour?
