[Bug 1681269] [NEW] Launcher Type=link, can not be opened with other application
Public bug reported: If you right click on a desktop launcher and select an application to launch it e.g. Text Editor, some launchers do not populate the application. For example: [Desktop Entry] Encoding=UTF-8 Name=Calendar Type=Link URL=https://calendar.google.com/calendar/render?tab=mc#main_7 Icon=/home/rob/user1/Graphics/calendar.png This happens in both budgie and gnome shell on 17.04. If you change the file name from calendar.desktop to calendar.txt it works correctly. Secondly, if you look at the permissions for this type of launcher, you get the message "The permissions of "ServiceLogin" could not be determined." [Bug 1000267] [NEW] Delete of USB drive files deleted entire home directory
Public bug reported: Mounted a USB thumb drive. Deleted some file. Went to the trans can and deleted the files. System took about 10 seconds to do this. After this was done it was discovered that every file in the home directory deleted. Upon examination of the kern.log (attached) there were many errors on the Fujitsu thumb drive. The kernel log file was 250mb so deleted some repeating lines for this bug report.
