[Bug 127046] hidden files go to trash and still you dont see what you are going to delete
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus-data If you delete a hidden file like Test.txt~ it will be in Trash, but there it again won't be displayed. I think there should be default, to view ALL files in there. ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- hidden files go to trash and still you dont see what you are going to delete https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/127046 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug contact for nautilus in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 8107] Re: No way to select default/primary audio device, if more than one is installed
I don't use the KDE and kubuntu Versions. I got the Problem with my Feisty 7.04 with actual updates and a onboard and a soundcard (terratec) in the machine. The sound output jumps sometimes between the devices. The Things i set up in the gnome system config doesn't fix this Problem. -- No way to select default/primary audio device, if more than one is installed https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/8107 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a subscriber of a duplicate bug. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 127058] annoying nautilus file tree panel disappearing when you change the size because of the single click
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus-data When you view the Panel (F9) and you change the size of it, it sometimes minimizes itself by mistake. It should go by a doubleclick instead of a misinterpreted click! yes, the click events seem to be working even if you change the size of it fast.. it should distinguish between resizing and minimizing with a mouse action. That is a bug in the user interface design. ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- annoying nautilus file tree panel disappearing when you change the size because of the single click https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/127058 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug contact for nautilus in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 106822] Re: Nautilus Changes file type wrongly
My Nautilus 2.18.1 from Feisty does something like this with most of my files. For example it first shows ogg files as: ogg multimedia; application/ogg (Type; MIME) when you try to double-click at it, it will change after the first click and a completely different file will be activated by mistake Now the File shows like: Ogg Vorbis audio; audio/x-vorbis+ogg (Type; MIME) You can see that there is a difference, caused by some kind of second file check.. [Bug 118467] Re: Feisty Gnome Umount Utility displays empty Info Boxes on Failure
Mount some device. Move to a Path on that device inside the Bash and/or use a File with an application. Then try to unmount it. It is in the Feisty 7.04 Version. I also wanted to report this as a Bug. I didn't expect it to be a Bug in a tool called 'Byzanz'. [Bug 118467] Feisty Gnome Umount Utility displays empty Info Boxes on Failure
Public bug reported: When you access (for Example copy some Data to the Device) a mounted Device while you try to unmount it via the little Applet in the Panel, you might get 3 MessageBox Info's: 1st Cannot unmount volume. An application is preventing the volume from beeing unmounted. 2nd A completely empty MessageBox. (only sometimes empty) Cannot eject volume. ... 3rd Just a Red sign - Empty.
