I had the same problem.
And I tries several fixes.
Something helped me (it seems)...
Symptoms:
# ifup wlan0
interface wlan0 not configured
# lshw -C network
[...]
*-network DISABLED
description: Wireless interface
Probably this resoled the issue:
# gksu gedit
Almost even every boot I receive
Evolution 12.10 has evperienced an internal error:

I have the same problem with Evolution :

Aborted
And such solution helps:
rm -f ~/.gtkrc-2.0-kde4 evolution
But i am tired to do this from time to time... :-(
