Result at Dell side: Enable -proposed on XPS9320(3456x2160), install gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons-ng (43-2ubuntu1). So I assume this issue doesn't have dependency with 2 in 1? Even though on clamshell form factor, if the panel is touchable, same issue will occur?
