I don't get what you're saying here. Are you saying that you'll make the design of the face browser as neutral as possible so that it'll fit in with any style? That's generally not the way to go if you're making default artwork. There is already a big enough inconsistency problem in Ubuntu as it is, due to the lack of official design documentation. To Daniel Holbach: Yes a strange thing I noticed is that Ubuntu (Edgy Eft) does by default deliver a GDM theme with userbrowser/facebrowser called Happy GNOME with Browser but does not deliver one in Ubuntu Human style. I think to make a login theme with user browser the default would enhance the usability of Ubuntu a lot, especially for people who have used Windows XP before. I just started using gdm for the first time in years, only because it is necessary (for some reason on my upadated from warty-beta sys) and I agree a new gdm is a necessity. Unfortunately, I can in late in the game. I actually started making a new theme about a month ago, but my time is limitedd and I've been occupied with other things I do understand and have experience in. I can't really answer this question, I just joined the list because I think is of extreme importance that the Human icons in their current state do not reach final version. These icons are lousy and they will make a lot of people unhappy with Ubuntu. I hope there's a vote where we can get to chose.
