I have the same problem in certain websites.. Did this bug moved to

I've fixed this terriblby slow scrolling over links by downgrading to
xulrunner 1.8 and rebuilding. Epiphany is fast as ever.

It's not specific to Compiz or a window manager because when I swtich to
metacity it has the same effect. Nvidia 7600 GS 512 mb if that makes a
difference.

speed increase in the smooth scrolling. I am still encountering
scrolling slow down when your mouse
