I think that this bug can be closed. It is a per user preference that
should not be set by default on install.

After installation Epiphany is installed system-wide, you can't change
each individual user's settings.

At that time epiphany depended on the mozilla-browser and not firefox.

I still feel that if a user installs epiphany it should be set to the
default browser in. I do not know if thats the case now. Havent checked.

The shortcuts can't be removed now because firefox will still be
installed but that was not the case when i wrote the report because
epiphany depended on mozilla and not firefox.
