If unity doesn't respond to the mouse while it's overdrawing the lock screen, then its input windows are probably still stacked correctly (below the lock screen). In that case, this is an overdraw bug and not a stacking bug. Thus stacking fixes in compiz won't help, but my work in progress to

Usually this will happen on my desktop if I leave it on for a long time, I have never seen it on my laptop. I just had it with 14 day uptime and patched with all updates during that time. From what I think something regarding this stops working after having been patched, after a reboot everything
