easy step to recreate the observed behaviour are easy (excuse me for not having responded earlier, i did not see your request before): go to a mail program (i use balsa, but it occured before, when i was using thunderbird). open mozilla, chang to a mailer select the mail that reports about a bug report. click on the link to the bug report (https://bugs /+index# for example) mozilla opens the page with the bug reports, but i do not see them.
