overstatements are also of no user, that's barrely something making
nautilus unusable, why would you need a reload when the view refresh
when something change, you have access to your user dir on the left
panel locations and up is accessible from the menus and keyboard

OK, maybe you are right. So we really need only Up button.
We already have the bug for it here

Just my opinion: The 'up' button is one single-click and very
convenient, for me more convenient than 'previous' and 'next'. I think
it would be much better if the user could configure/decide which buttons
