The package version of libxml2-doc is 2.6.27.dfsg-1.ubuntu3, which lacks
that file.

As I said, /usr/share/doc/libxml2-doc/html/index.html is missing. I
also tried
Ok, I've reinstalled it and it seems to be missed in Feisty. This is
fixed in the Gutsy package, is there any change you may test it? you can
get an image from here : http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/ ; thanks in
