The example works fine on gutsy, it has likely being fixed with the new
version, closing. Feel free to reopen if you still get the bug after
upgrading though

Will it be backported to feisty as well? (sorry if that's silly
question but I know nothing about versions,releases and all that stuff
:) ) -- in other words will I need to wait for next ubuntu release??

Example .tex and pdf output by pdflatex. Xpdf uses links and index in
sidepane correctly, evince just jumps to first page.
