Ubuntu better. This particular bug has already been reported and is a
duplicate of bug 1173818, so it is being marked as such. Please
install dconf-tools
run 'dconf-editor'
select org.gnome.desktop.background
run gnome-control-center, select background color.
dconf Editor immediately show changed values :
Name: primary-color
Value:rgb(138,226,52)
Type: String
Default: '#023c88'
Name: secondary-color
Value: rgb(206,92,0)
Workaround added in #6 works great, thank you!
