Public bug reported:

I tried to make a sip call and realised that my sip config has been lost
(it was setup about a year ago on precise).

Anyway I installed accounts-plugin-sip and expected to be able to setup
sip.

I open system settings -> online accounts -> click add -> choose SIP.

Then I am present with an ambitious screen with no obvious way to setup
SIP.

Furthermore ekiga is also using the same accounts mechanism, so I was
not able to use ekiga either. In the end I used skype credit to dial
into conference room via PSTN.

I would have rather used my company's VoIP / SIP account instead to call
internal extension.
