Public bug reported: Ethernet network connection stopped to work when notebook is running on battery power on my Lenovo T430s notebook after the upgrade from 12.10 to 13.04.
Ethernet network connection becomes available immediatelly when power adapter is attached. Wireless network works fine with and without power adapter attached.
