Public bug reported:
Ubuntu Gnome 13.10 as of 2013-08-29. The feature of text wrapping is not
working correctly. It should wrap at 80 to the new line no matter the
window size and not when it reaches the righter most of the window if
that is larger than the designated 80 chars.
