Public bug reported:

Running "yelp INFO:foo" (or INFO:anything) opens a blank help window
which seemingly cannot be closed, moved, minimized, etc. No other input
is possible. Switching to the console reveals two yelp processes, one
which remains, and which constantly launches children in series, all of
which immediately die. "killall yelp" from the console allows me to get
access to the desktop again.
