Binary package hint: gnome
In VMWare Server Console, when I click the button "Full-Screen" to view
my VM in full-screen mode, the tooltip for "Full-Screen" (Tooltip reads:
View this VM Fullscreen) is displayed over the VM Guest's full-screen
display.
The tooltip should not appear when in full-screen mode. I didn't know
whether to file this under gnone or VMWare ... but it appears it is
gnome that is generating the tooltip thus gnome that would need to
supress display of tooltips once the display has gone full-screen.
This problem is particularly troublesome because the tooltip is still
active, meaning if I move my mouse to touch to tooltip, the display
reverts back to VMWare Server Console in windowed mode (?).
This occurs whether or not I have Desktop Effects enabled.
VMWare Server Console v1.0.3 build-44356.
Ubuntu Gutsy 7.10 i386.
