Public bug reported:
1. Change background and select an automatically changing background (for
example, "Ubuntu 14.04 Community Wallapers" which is defined by
/usr/share/backgrounds/contest/trusty.xml).
2. Wait about 1/2 hr an notice that the background automatically changes.
3. Lock the screen and notice the changed background appears on the user's
Light DM lock scren.
4. Log back in.
5. Now, log-out the user.
6. Notice that the changed background does *not* appear on the user's
Light DM login scren. The Ligh DM screen is blank.
7. Now login to the same user.
8. Notce there is screen corruption / tearing for a few seconds until the
user's correct dynamic background is displayed and the screen is repainted.
