That should be fixed now, closing the bug, feel free to reopen if you

Totem works without problems after today's last updates, Gtk+2.0
(2.12.0-0ubuntu1). This is fixed now??

But if I double click to a wav-file, nothing happens. Rhythmbox works

Ubuntu better. Did you install some theme by hand? Because i cannot
reproduce this behavior. What happens if you run: gtk-update-icon-cache
-f /usr/share/pixmaps/hicolor/ ; does that fix the problem?
