Are you sure you didn't install anything for that? Using ubuntu gutsy. The bug is still present with all packages at the latest gutsy versions. Example url: http://developers.sun.com/learning/javaoneonline/2007/pdf/TS-4568.pdf? The attached image shows the sizing problem with that url.
