Public bug reported: In 12.04 the gcalctool package includes a binary by that name. The 14.04 package seem to only include doc files and not the actual program itself (nor man pages). This seems like a regression.
Launch calculator using the XF86Calculator key uses this command. It worked just fine in 12.04 but fails in 14.04. ** Affects: gcalctool (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Summary changed: - gcaltool binary is missing from the package in 14.04 + gcalctool binary is missing from the package in 14.04 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gcalctool in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1478331 Title: gcalctool binary is missing from the package in 14.04 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gcalctool/+bug/1478331/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
