Public bug reported: After upgrading from Ubuntu 15.10 to 16.04, org.gnome.desktop.interface .text-scaling-factor is not anymore set to 1.0 (as before upgrade) and it does not want to be set to this value.
When setting it via gnome-tweak-tool or dconf-editor, it grows again to 1.1875 which makes all fonts noticeably bigger than normal. This happens with other input too, when inserting 0.5 it will grow to 0.59.
