Binary package hint: gnome-panel
I have the weather applet installed and when I go offline the icon and
temp is replaced with a "?" which is what you would expect but when I
come back online I would expect the applet to notice and refresh. It
will refresh when it next has one due but that may be many hours away.
Something like the weather applet saying "Oh the network is back. Was my
last update okay? No, then lets update now. Yes then I will ignore it."
Only in computer speak.
