I have a similar problem with simple mp3 files. I have this error by
clicking on the play button around 10 times while it playing the same
track.

I have a similar problem when playing OGG streams and after hunting
around also came across this thread:

Apologies if I'm wrong, but this appears to be the same issue. The bug
is solved (sorta), but involves using decodebin2 instead of decodebin
Ubuntu 9.04
Error came up 3 times during this debug.
double-click radio to play
stops play, with error Couldn't start playback - Internal data flow error.
Rinse and repeat.
Seems to occur at the end of songs (although onetime appeared to be
midsong... possible coincidence)

This problem is stil in HH. When im playing a stream it plays only one
song then it stops.
