Bug still present in Ubuntu 18.04. Bug logged at Remmina for top bar connection list and were directed here. I also experienced this bug with a different clipboard history indicator. Also, these kind of applications (those that keep a history of clipboard contents for easy retrieval) are relatively common, so I disagree with the "low" priority categorization of this bug, which literally makes any indicator that is higher than your given screen height useless.
