I created a new user and I still can confirm this bug. To help you understand the problem I made a small screencast. Watch the order of the tags test1, test2, test3, test4. I can only move test1 to the last place. The preparation: 1) Create a couple of bookmarks 2) Add them to different topics 3) Open Bookmarks - Edit Bookmarks 4) Click on a Topic - Activate Show on toolbar 5) Check that the toolbar is activated View - Toolbars - Show Topic1, Topic2,... 6) Click on an item inside the toolbar - Move on Toolbar The problem: Move the item = It's only possible to drop the topic at the last place.
