The above fix is scheduled for release upstream in the next preview release of
gnome-shell 3.27 (3.27.2?). It doesn't appear to be backported to 3.26 but that
would appear unlikely (I am guessing) due to the large number of patches
involved.

This seems to be a Wayland issue. Sticky keys works for me if I log in
to an "Ubuntu on Xorg" session, but not if I log in to "Ubuntu".
Not sure which is the affected package, but quite sure it's not ubuntu-
docs. Changing to gnome-control-center for now.
