I've tried and cannot duplicate the problem.
However, there have been multiple fixes in 2.25.x which sync environment
variables between the user's session and the gnome-keyring-daemon. It's very
likely that
I checked, and it is now fixed! See the attached screenshot.
I use ubuntu 9.04 - gtk 2.16.1, gnome-keyring 2.26.1

Perhaps a hebrew
You can try to run the program with LANGUAGE=he_IL.UTF-8. It may even
show the bug without the Hebrew translation installed, because the
problem is with right-to-left ordering.
