Hi Daniel, It can't be a USB fault as copying is fine using 'cp' at a terminal and the error occurs copying to hard disk in nautilus. As attached. Triggering the error does not write anything to dmesg. Sounds like it might be a USB connection/hardware error, which is extremely common.
