Mikko, I think that you will find the reason for your error is that the command for Firefox Beta 3 is firefox-3.0 rather than Firefox. While that is an error, it is a separate error and I would expect it to be fixed. When Firefox 3 Beta becomes Firefox, I would expect the command for it to be

I have same problem in normal Hardy install. Firefox icon in top panel doesn't work. It worked ok before firefox 3 -update. Screenshot is same as Aaron sent. [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ gconftool-2 --recursive-unset /apps/panel gives me same wrong, not working icon instead of the standard firefox
