Upstream closed this as effectively "won't fix". The issue is not
important enough for an Ubuntu specific patch, so I'm afraid we need to
follow upstream.

Thank you for your bug report, that has been reported upstream on
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-control-center/issues/305 and you
should better comment there about your usecase (having a faulty battery
is probably not going to convince them to add values that are not useful
to most users tho
