Hmm... Actually there are two size settings, one for icon view and one
for list view... A third one for the desktop is what I would like
(currently the icon view setting also affects the desktop)...

Currently there's a default icon size setting in nautilus preferences
(which value is set in %). This setting affects _all_ nautilus icons,
that is desktop icons but also icons in other nautilus disk browsing
