To reproduce:
Use the PDF file available from http://www.ppt.gc.ca/cdn/ren.aspx?lang=eng (the 
correct answers to get the form are yes, yes, yes, yes, no, no, yes, yes, yes). 
Go to page 5 and select "single" for "marital status".

Expected result: form field is filled with "SINGLE"

What happens: program exits.
