I haven't been able to recreate this on Hardy Heron using the standard settings for compiz and gnome-screensaver version 2.20.0-2ubuntu1, however I am also using the gnome desktop. It would be helpful if you could provide your compiz settings for us to try and recreate the bug report. You can do

Hi! I'd love to, but Xfce does not use Compiz. The xfwm4 window manager has its own compositor built-in. In that settings dialog, I have every checkbox checked. Unchecking them does not help. I also just tried the intel driver instead of the i810 driver, but that also does not help. Thanks,
